This multi-use development—which blends commercial, retail, and residential spaces—is managed by Crosstown Building Owner, LLC. Under the leadership of Thomas G. Cowens, SVP of Property Management, the facility has integrated state-of-the-art charging solutions to better serve its thousands of employees, residents, and visitors.
The installation, completed on May 21, 2025, added eight Level 2 charging ports to the property’s parking infrastructure. Utilizing advanced ChargePoint CPF50 stations provided by Seven States Power Corporation, the project represents a significant investment in clean energy technology. These chargers are designed to meet the high demand of a large-scale workplace, providing reliable and efficient power for the growing number of EV drivers at the Concourse.
As a LEED-certified facility, Crosstown Concourse has long been a model for environmental responsibility. The addition of these EV charging stations is a natural extension of its commitment to green building practices and carbon reduction.
