The 2017 round of funding for the “Reducing Diesel Emissions for a Healthier TN” (or RDE4HT) rebate program is available!

This RFP–Request for Proposals–is now open and will close on March 17, 2017 when all proposals are due! This funding can cover up to 100% of your incremental cost* for a new alternative fuel vehicle, up to a maximum of $16,700 per vehicle! The intent is to help you quickly acquire new vehicles and get you the funding no later than this summer. You need to be replacing an older, diesel vehicle with a new, alternative-fuel vehicle of similar size and duty, and the vehicle must be over 10,000 pounds GVWR.

Please click here to access the RFP. Please pass this along to others you think would be interested in funding assistance, and contact us if you have any questions.

* A vehicle’s “incremental cost” is defined as the difference between the full cost of a new vehicle that runs on petroleum and the full cost of the new vehicle that will run on an alternative fuel.
